A manual interface to the delivery driver check-ins allowing the dispatch department to update or correct an entry that the driver may have neglected to do in a timely fashion. For example, if a driver forgets to mark a shipment delivered, dispatch can manually update this delivery information.
Created an automatic tool to notify staff when the delivery driver has not checked in from the mobile delivery app at the scheduled time. This feature will help clients avoid delivery issues and better monitor employee performance.
