Catalog Project

This external project for website and proposal management has been integrated into Fusion along with a series of enhancements for the web interfaces.

Recipe Prep Area

Working closely with one of our clients we altered the logic of our "Recipe Prep Area". This improved logic allows for new reporting, labels, and task scheduling.

Equipment Usage Window

We have added the Create Date/TimeĀ fields to the Usage reporting allowing the salesperson to negotiate with their peers for specific items.

FTP Auto-Update

Running Fusion locally and connecting to our cloud databases is ideal. The challenge has always been updating both the database and the local application. We have created FTP logic that will automatically download from the FTP site to sync the client's Windows desktop.

Website Management from Recipes

If you are using our web API's and/or On-Line Ordering you will find this new feature helpful for data management. This allows you to make website updates as you complete your Recipe or Menu updates.

Copying Events

When copying events you now have the ability to copy the Salesperson or not based on an appSetting.

Overbooking Window

We've added a new Overbooking Button based on an appSetting to launch the Overbooking Window. This button will allow for users to quickly see items in questions on an order.

Payroll Management

To make the payroll clerks job more efficient we have included the "shift times". This allows for a quicker cross-check of schedules versus actual pay.

Beverage Entry in Events

With the addition of a new appSetting you can have set your default beverage entry to zero or the guest count. This expedites the entry process by allowing faster use of the Next / Previous buttons.
