By adding the Event Type to the email filters and substitutions we can be very specific on the Event Types to fire to the management team. This functionality requires custom setup and configuration on your server to fire these automated emails.
Released in Q1 2018, we have improved the look and feel of the "Texting" windows for Staff, Customers and Events. We've done our best to mimic a mobile phone message window.
