Kitchen Production Systems

A few years ago, we worked closely with a client to reduce paper costs and automate their large production kitchen. The objective was to implement tablets at the food production stations that would provide their kitchen staff with the specific information necessary for their individual departments. This approach was a huge success! 

The kitchen staff can run everything from individual recipe cards for an item they are producing to packing labels for the finished product all while clocking in their start and end times to track the true production labor time to produce the product.

We utilized Microsoft Surface tablets for this project as they have plenty of choices for mounts, cases, and varying specifications for your budgets.

In Fusion™ the normal initial step is the sales team adding the staff requirements into the event. This entry of information provides sales with estimated costs of event management staffing and billing charges for the event. This is done by them defining the skill types required as well as the number need and the desired times.
