Twilio Integration – Two Way Texting

In February 2018, we began development and released in the Spring SMS two-way texting. In this approach, your team can send X person or persons from Fusion text. When they reply, there is a shared interface in Fusion for your team to review the responses. Best of all, this provides notification to the staff person on their mobile phone.

You need to have a custom phone number set up with Synergy to use this feature.

For example – Send a Custom Text

“Hi – we are looking for staff for a big event on July 4th. Please either reply here if you can work or call the office and let us know if have some friends that can help us out.”

Their response is displayed in the Texting window in Fusion.
