If you are logging in to the new version (https://synergy-international.kayako.com) the first time, you will likely need to “validate” your email. Simply hit the Password Reset button.

Remember, there is a link in Fusion on the pull-down menu and on the “https://synergy-intl.com” on the “Support” menu there. And if you have a bookmark in your browser you should update it to “https://synergy-international.kayako.com”.
