Utilize your mobile phone or tablet (Android or iOS) to take Equipment Inventory in your warehouse. Using bar codes, scan the item, enter the quantity, any appropriate notes, and click Save; then move on to the next item. This is all nicely organized by Cost Center and Inventory Locations to save time and energy in the process.
A unique feature we have created is the ability to set a Required Count field on the phone. This is set at the item itself by checking a box to indicate it is a required item to be counted. You have buttons that list all equipment items, filtered lists to the cost center and location, filtered lists for the Required items, and of course the Adjustment Log showing what you have completed that day.
If you don’t have a picture of the equipment item attached in Fusion, take a picture and upload it to the Equipment Item itself.
