We have heard this for a while. Up until today, your best bet was always printing to PDF however for the past 8 months we have prodded Microsoft to fix a bug they have refused to address saying it was a design approach. We struggled to find a solution until we merged our ideas with some open source code sharing we can print directly to the printer with correct results.
